I haven't done R/C for years, but I'd figure the servo splines are fairly standardized. Have you tried Tammie's Hobbies in Beaverton? I'd expect to find a whole rack of servo stuff there. Maybe not as cheap as online, but the staff would probably also be able to tell you what different output shafts are on the market.
