Hi all,

I'm building one of these printbot rhino vehicles:

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:288663

and I'm having some issues trying to find a disc shaped server horn for
the Parallax servos I'm using. Of course, my servos came with
star-shaped horns but nothing else, and I'm having a heck of a time
trying to find the right model. Listings on Ebay and the like don't tend
to give specific dimensions of the horn or its "spindle", but I imagine
there's got to be some standard way of specifying what it is I'm looking
for.

Here's the servo I'm using:

http://www.parallax.com/product/900-00008

What I need is a 20mm diameter disc-shaped horn.

I thought I'd be clever and buy a couple of these:

http://www.amazon.com/Hitec-31311S-HS-311-Standard-Universal/dp/B0006O3WVE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415383107&sr=8-1

and then have a couple of spare (non-continuous rotation) servos to play
with and could use the horns, but it's not the case. Not only is the
disc horn that comes with that 24mm in diameter, but the inner threads
don't even match with the teeth from the Parallax servo.

These are the only parts left I'm missing for this robot, can anyone
suggest what I should try next?

Thanks,

Scott
