I haven't been following this much but did spot a run of comments on
#dorset that may be relevant.
One might conjecture they're reselling this C4L's services, since
they appear to have a very similar service line up, and the
technical specifics of the bournemouth service are very similar to
those of C4L's Fibreband brand.
Additional publically available information is the fact that
Fibreband discontinued their IPTV service last October because
Fibrecity withdrew the hardware and software support necessary for
them to do so.
SB.biz are still offering the IPTV service. Make of that what you
will.
Note: The list suggests WiFi, but nothing on that page does, IMO.
It is not infeasible they may be interested in reselling the
services of http://www.connexions4communities.org/, a company which
appears to have links to C4L.
