Yes I'm French but on our public lists we have to keep speaking English because our community is really international :). As the CD is already well translated into Dutch, it seems better to take care of the website first, as you're suggesting. I need to create you an account on Spip, our online editing tool. I'll send you a private email. I propose you start by translating the key pages of our website (maybe 5-10 pages). Then you can go to Transifex. As said before I'll change all the resources on Transifex in March. The only exception is the Tomsk university (Russia) which is supporting our project mainly for translating and testing during their working hours.
