Please check this persistence file is named "live-rw-doudoulinux" and not 
"home-rw-doudoulinux", the first one is for full system persistence while the 
second one is just persistence of user homes. If not, you would need to empty 
this file then rename it. You can empty the file by just mounting it somewhere 
in your system ("mount /path/to/file /mnt") and do an "rm -fr /mnt/*", this is 
a virtual partition file.

It seems to me you get the ISO default version of l10n packages at boot. So I 
tend to believe full system persistence is not activated. In the meanwhile, I 
found that I forgot to update version numbering of icon packages on SVN. As a 
result, the server keeps using erroneous numbers for icon updates. These 
packages are named "doudoulinux-icons*.deb". I manually rebuilt them this 
morning :).
