[drakelist] DRAKE TR-7 TROUBLESHOOTING HELP NEEDED

I had a perfectly functioning Drake TR-7.  I removed the NB-7 & Filter board to put in to another TR-7. I then installed a NB dummy card and filter board with stock filters back in to the original TR-7. When I powered it back on, it would not work properly. I think I may have been off 1 pin when I inserted the NB dummy card. The symptoms are: No audio at all, it is completely dead. On bands 160 - 20 meters the display cycles at approximately 17Mhz and will not lock. On bands 15 - 10 meters the display will cycle at approximately 33Mhz and will not lock. When I key the radio up in CW mode, the output seems fine 100 watts+ on all bands. I'm not sure exactly where to check voltages but on the bottom of the parent boad, the +10v seems OK. The +5v also seems OK.  There is also a +10T and a +10R which are both close to 0V.
