I am still working on my TR-4C. I now have the filter problem fixed and in
fact have the correct signal going all the way to the 12BY7 driver tube. I do
not have any signal coming out of the driver to the finals. The tube is good
and I have substituted another with no change. The voltages all check good on
the 12BY7 except for pin 8. It has the full 250 volts on it so no grid
current is flowing there. What might cause this? Has any one out there run
into
this problem before and maybe could tell me where I should look for the
problem.
