[Drakelist] T4XC PTT turn-around delay

I've noticed that the PTT turn-around time on SSB is affected slightly by 
the VOX delay; the longer the VOX delay (as set by R72), the more a SLIGHT 
lag is present.  I suspect the charge on C99 is holding the line negative 
for this period. Is this normal?  Will altering the value of R68 or R69 
resolve this problem without affecting the operation of the VOX?
