I have found that to get the CW delay that I prefer, increasing R106 above 3.3 meg is not enough. In fact you will reach a point where the VOX will hang. I suggest replacing C143 with a .47 ufd capacitor and then experiment with values for R106. You could instead mount a pot in an unused hole at the rear of the TR-4 for varying the delay.
