The patch looks good. I'm not sure I like the idea of copying *some*
customized settings and not others, but it looks like that's the best that can
be done with Ant. (What we need to do is to rethink the whole configuration
aspect of DSpace and find a better way to represent those "property values"
which are really serialized forms of arrays or complex objects. That's for
another time.)
