Tim Donohue updated an issue   DSpace / DS-1872 task scheduler in admin UI I like this idea, just cause we have an abundance of cron jobs which only just do "cleanup/reindexing" (of search indexes, deleted files, etc). I'd much rather see this either all put into a *SINGLE* cron job (e.g. ./dspace maintenance), and/or use something like Quartz so that we can ship these tasks in an "autoconfigured" way (where they'd automatically occur for new instances).
