If I recall correctly, we originally developed this at the request of the University of Otago back when they were our client, and you can see it in action in their repository, eg https://ourarchive.otago.ac.nz/discover?scope=&rpp=10&page=1&query=%22Food+and+Nutrition+Guideline%22&group_by=none&etal=0
