I finally got around to trying this and it's not working for the abstract, 
search term was "teach students":

Did you submit a Jira or getting any resolution to this issue?

-- it's not exactly about the issue you describe, but it's related since it 
addresses the preview snippets. I added a comment with a link to a Stack 
Overflow question where I describe how this was "fixed" for some of "my"
