Hi, Susan: I have a local JIRA issue for this problem, but I don't believe that I created a JIRA issue with Duraspace. As I recall, either Dr. Andrea Schweer and Ivan Masar (helix84) suggested modifying the discovery.xsl.
The only thing that I could see doing in discovery.xsl was turning off full-text searching which is not what I wanted. I did do some tests, but in the end decided not to modify the discovery.xsl file and leave everything as is. I'm sorry that I don't have a better solution for this. I am not sure if 6.0 fixes this. To make a long story short, I found that if I do a search on a term and that term appears in the bitstream name, then the extracted text's bitstream name will appear in the snippet results of the search (as part of the fulltext).
