Susan & Andrea: I applied the fix to our test instance and it works great! Thanks, Susan, for bringing this issue up again. I looked at it last year and didn't get very far with it. Thank you, Andrea, for the fix! I have asked my management to let me know if they approve of the change, and once they do, I will move it to my production instance.
