No, you misread the question. The account in dspam user database is 'ds...@domain.com' (according to your earlier copy/paste details). You need to login into the webui using login name 'ds...@domain.com', not 'dspam'. >> >> 2. To test the setup: you need to switch to the user 'apache' (using su, sudo), then issue the command 'tail /var/spool/dspam/data/mydomain.com/dspam/dspam.log'. You managed to switch to the dspam user, according to above output. Please use the same commands for that, but use the 'apache' user. Ayway: when you get the test right, it will probably fail. You will need to find a way to run the webui as the 'dspam' user. See the documentation for details: http://dspam.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=dspam/dspam;a=blob;f=README;h=4ba6fd9a68e7424d2e68030f48c029aacf5eefd0;hb=HEAD#l820 (Based on your answers I'm getting the idea that you either missed this part of the documentation, or chose to ignore it. Please try to apply it because the webui won't work without it. If you have specific issues with this part of the setup, repost with detailed questions). -- Tom ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
