Hi, Thanks for your suggestions in your previous message! In deed, dspam is a real user except mydomain.com, which I use to mask my real domain on the public list. For all these time, I always used dspam, without the domain, as my user name to log in; however, I just got an idea from you previous message that I should have used ds...@mydomain.com as the user name to login. With the dspam plus the domain as the user name, I can't log into webui at all. So, it led me to believe that might be the culprit. Do you have any suggestions how can I fix this? Thanks!
ls -lah /var/spool/dspam/data/mydomain.com/ drwxrwsr-x 2 dspam dspam 4096 Sep 4 11:04 dspam No, I do not see any error messages in Apache.
