Uncomfortable to hold hot, the radio will drop the power to the low power setting when it gets too hot. (It beeps to let you know) > > Does the 92 not suffer from this heat problem? I don't own the 92, since the 91 will only do two power settings (5W/.5W?) you typically run it full bore, whereas with the 92 you could pick an intermediate power level, extending battery life and keeping heat down. BTW, the 91 unceremoniously just powers off when the battery gets low, no warnings, no indications. I don't know if the 92 is the same.
