It appears the pricing is wildly different in various regions. Here's my 
spreadsheet from the dealer that I've been using here in the US.

The heat issue and the lack of low battery notification worry me a bit on the 
91. I don't care how well it's designed heat is the enemy of modern 
electronics. 

I think my questions have been answered though, thanks to everyone who lent a 
hand. If I can find a 91AD used or as a package (there are several on eBay) 
I'll probably go with that, otherwise I'm going get a 92 and forgo most of the 
accessories for a while.
