Are you *trying* to piss off your ISP? If so, 30 seconds will do the 
trick (as Peter found out)

Howver, if you just want to mitigate your problem then 30 minutes 
will probably work better! =)

DHCP is such a fundamentally broken protocol. M$ 'embraced & 
extended' it even further into broken-ness. I try to avoid it whnever 
possible. Of course right now I'm using it on my home Airport 
network... but that is only dial-up connected... and I don't do any 
surfing at home and as little real work as possible. =)
