Pissing it off is exactly my plan, after they started messing up my little
network. I think they deserve it, after they did promise I would be able to
access the internet from any computer on the network, as long as only one
would be making access simultaneously. Turned out that everytime I wanted to
access the internet from a different computer, I had to turn off Open
Transport, reset my cable modem, wait for the modem to come online, then
start my Macintosh. I thought I wouldn't be able to call their support and
waste all that time and money in trying to explain my problem to someone who
would actually have a clue!
