FedEx once mis-delivered a package once, someplace across town signed
for it and kept it. FedEx said that they coudn't do anything.
Calling FedEx got me nowhere. I gave up after two days and went it to
their local office and made a stink, and I didn't leave until they
did somthing.
I'd sujest going to your local FedEx office (where they handle
packages, no just a drop off point) and getting someones attention,
like a manager, and make *THEM* do somthing, make *THEM* make the
calls, and don't leave unti they give you an answer you like.
It worked for me.
On a side noe, I have found that the US Postal Service to work the
best for shipping important packages. Sometime late, but they have
always gotten there, all had insurance and were registered. Oh well
:-)
