Jay-
Well, I probably will stick with 8.6 because my programs are running
faster now. I have two questions:

Why is 8.6 beneficial when using ADB port? I do hot plug a mouse in and
out when the machine is asleep and have been doing so for years with no
ill effect.

Should I consider 9.0 or 9.1? Is it faster than 8.6? How much more memory
does 9 eat up? Going from 8.1 to 8.6 cost me 5meg (from 18meg to 23meg).

Thank you for your help and taking the time to explain this to me.

>Yes, it happens with 9. I implore you to just live with it. It is only 3-4
>seconds and is beneficial if you have anything plugged into the ADB port.
