Having used all three extesnivley, heres what I think.

> I can buy a 2300c for about $200 and plug it into my dock.

The 2300c will give you more processor speed, but you will see almost
no improvment in video and disk performance. It a great deal if you
already have a ton of docks (DuoDock Ethernet and floppy, etc.)

> Or I can buy a 2400c G3 240 (320?) for about $1300.

Closer to $700 for a well equiped one of of eBay. If I wasn't doing
video editing, my 2400/180 would cover all my needs just fine. The
GLOD isn't that common, I've only had one, and it was very easy to
recover from.

> Or I can buy a Tbook for $2500.

Gah. i use one at work, and I just don't like it as much as my 2400.
I've also seen three dead TiBooks so far suffering from a bad LCD,
one that woudn't power on, and a permenent WLOD (While Light of Death)

> Or I can adopt a better attitude and live slower.

Maybe, at least wait. I've heard rumors about the next iBook, and it
sounds good, maybe.
