Hello to all,
After having my 2300c off-line for a while I want to
get it going again. Would like some advice.
1. What are issues with modems? What is fastest ext.
modem that I should buy that is not overkill for the
port? Or, does the ethernet from Dock + work well
with (x)DSL solutions (would hate to invest if no
significant benefit)?
2. What seems to be the best/fastest web browser? Is
this strictly opinion or is there general concensus?
Happy to hear all experiences.
3. I do recall from my reading the list a while ago
discussions about best OS to run - can anyone give me
a summary of the info gleaned from those discussions?
(I have 8.1)
4.Use of speed doubler and/or ram doubler - good, bad,
ugly?
Thanks for help I really need to get my Duo up and
running. Never got into web browsing heavily with
this machine and the ballgame is entirely different
now.
