Please elucidate! The lights in the place I live in now actually dim and
stay that way when I run say, a small space heater.
Do UPSs' condition the voltage to maintain a steady supply? I'm aware of the
type of line conditioner that sound reinforcement systems use for racks of
amps and lighting systems but must confess some ignorance about UPS units.
