Me, too. Remember at least one occasion where the lights went out,
watched the display shrink down to black, and then "bloomed" back.
Either with data from an all night simulation or a couple of hours of
unsaved inspired writing at stake. A religious experience, to say the
least. This wasn't in Mexico, but in a very old farmhouse in rural
North Carolina (Hurdle Mills, if Paul is interested).
Let's not forget the original 128/256/plus power supply would also
occasionally meltdown. Seen a couple of these units with a hole burnt
into the (left hand, wasn't it?) side.
