WELL, I'd like to go with a couple of CLassics--- AppleWorks 5--I've purchased 6 but don't use it. What makes AW5 rock are the bazillions of useful templates. The ones in 6 are useful only if you're running a 3rd rate catering company out of the back of a 93 Chrysler mini-van. With AW5 you can do amazing things: buy a house, run a small business, keep track of your collections, balance your checkbook, write a letter to mom. Claris ORganizer--Ah, what a superstar. It's now called Palm organizer, but it's as fresh and well designed as the day it was an Apple product. It makes you wonder what happened to good product design. ( I occasionally have to work with a Win product called Form Flow, it's so awful that you have to hate other software, just because you can't hate Formflow enough) And one Software that hardly any one's heard of: CardShop plus! This tiny (delivered on a single floppy) little program is on every Mac I own. In 2 minutes I can make a decent card and print it for just about any occasion.
