Sounds like a bad floppy drive!  Re-do the disk and try it in a desk top 
or with a different floppy drive!
I tested the zip files I sent to you in a 280c and 2300 with a known 
good floppy worked fine. (I even tried on a PC formatted floppy which 
also worked)  If your using a dock then try opening the dock to make 
sure your connections are good and none of the cables are loose.
