Yes. Apple only made one (1) 2300 logicboard. Period. The onlydifference
was packaging. The 2300 was fully assembled computer. The upgrade camewith
the case bottom, new power adapter and type III battery only. The enduser
was required to transfer the trackball, modem (if any), SCSI drive andRAM
from the 280c and of course the keyboard, top case and screen. Otherwise
there was no difference.
