After I had killed the motherboard of my Duo 230 by spilling white wine
over the keyboard, I acquired a stock 2300c with a slashed screen. Local
Apple service mounted the complete lid of the 230 onto the 2300 - perfect
match. I havent opened the duo since, so I cannot tell whether there are
two connectors present - most likely there are. Anyway this hybrid
machine works perfectly well.
