Oops! Guess I was wrong about the display cable. Not sure where I got that
one. The clutch covers would have been required as Apple considers them
disposable. I don't know about any of you, but I've never had a problem
getting my clutch covers off "cleanly" and with Apple almost certainly not
manufacturing them anymore, I would hope even they have changed their
minds about disposability of them.
The name plate is one I didn't know about. It must be like the gray
plastic stickers that cover the screw holes on the display with "2300" on
it. That must look really cheesy! I think I would have declined it!
Nevertheless, I still maintain there was only one (1) logicboard for both
the 2300 & the upgrades, so it must have two display connections (I'll
check my 2300 logic board one of these days soon so we can put this to
bed).
