Hi once more!

Did anybody else have the problem that the time and frame numbers were
only partially displayed with the latest revisions? While everything
looks okay on my desktop (1280x1024 at 17"), the font appears much too
big on my laptop (1400x1050 at 15") - in particular, too big for the
much longer strings we have now.

I guess it's due to the font size of 16pt which is "device independent".
(that's an euphemism for "bullshit", by the way). The letters will have
the same size in millimeters (as opposed to the size in pixels) on every
display. The size of the video window, however, is given in pixels and
therefore its visible size (in mm, or inches if you prefer) changes when
you move to a screen with a different resolution. Of course that doesn't
mix well. :-(
