Sounds reasonable.

Maybe we can combine the search box and the frame number. That is, the
search box will always show the number of the current frame, and when
you change the value and press the "go" button or Enter key, dvbcut will
jump to the new location.

The layout might look like this:

        HH:MM:SS.mmm  (type)  [<search>]  [go]

I don't know if the text box is fast enough for continuous display
during playback, though.
