And another point is... the output length of the video (time&frames) belongs to the start/stop markers, i.e. it's the sum of the differences, so to me it would be only logical to have them below the marker list. On the other hand the input timestamp and frame number belongs to the linear slider and ther should be no other numbers inbetween...
