I hate that they all go into my inbox. The *only* way I've ever used the feature is if I read the email but don't have time to reply to the comment right away, I let it sit in my LJ inbox as a reminder. Doesn't always work though cos if I don't get to it soon enough, the new comments pile on top of it and I end up pounding on the [Delete All] button. :p I'd just as soon star the email in my email inbox until I get a chance to reply...
