Mike,
In the past, when we receive this kind of report, it has always turned out
to be that the person applied a registration for a previous version and not
the version that they are now trying to run. Perhaps this is the case for
you as well.

I had to install a new hard drive and now I get the message I must select
the Trail.mdb database. It says I am not registered but I have clicked
and applied the registration key. It says it is installed but I keep
getting the same message. What am I missing?
