Close DX Base.
click Start->Run. In the box type regedit and press ENTER (you can
also use regedt32 if you wish).
When the program opens, click FILE, then IMPORT. Navigate to your
registration file and hit press OPEN and that should be that. You may
get a message asking if you want to merge the file into your registry
- I've seen it happen with and without the message.
That's all there is. restart DX Base and you should have it working normally.
