Well I guess I spoke to quickly. I was able to access the VE3SY.MDB start-up database but having no end of grief with the ANAL permissions in VISTA that will not allow me to unzip the MDB records into the DXB folder.
I know this is more of a VISTA thread than DXB however I expect others have been here too. We have had reports like yours where the user says they did everything correctly, got the correct response indicating that the registry was updated, but still the program stayed in trial mode. In every case, it turned out that the user was using an old registration file for the wrong version. I am assuming you are not using 64bit Vista.
