Hello What is path of this log file? He have changed permition to read/write to the folder?
It can "be" hidden or no rigth to use the folder if NOT change all access write/read of windows 10 home edition!! I sat down for 10 hour with multiple issues with other software as not could run on 2 of my computer... I had no admin rigths on the folders, programfiles(x86) can be an issue etc. On my Win 10 pro had different and not such problems!!
