Request : add a "cvs import project" entry in the CVS menu

I don't remember seing a request for this feature, but I'm surprised it is missing.
JBuilder has been offering this for years, and it makes sense :
before checking-out, commiting, updating, ...
the project has to be installed/imported into the repository.
Maybe we do it wrong, but currently,
we use a dos prompt to launch the import,
and then create a new project, that we overwrite by checking out with the newly
imported stuff...
Not simple.
Is there a simpler way (external tool, ant task)
