Found the problem with the slow startup.

After much tinkering - removing sourcepaths/classpaths/... I recreated
the project.
Success. Startup is normal now - if not faster than before :)

Ah, forgot to add cvs to the project.
Adding cvs-> problem reappears idea takes a long time starting.

I see that due to heavy refactoring in the last few days, I have about
60 files changed/yet to be added to cvs.
Navigating the cvs panel - with hide-up-to-date files on is very
slowwww.
On every directory I enter, idea stops for a few seconds using 100% cpu.

After commiting the files with wincvs the problem disappears.
With no files changed, startup and navigation on the cvs panel work all
right.

With 507 I had no problem starting up and I think (though I'm not sure)
that navigating the cvs panel also didn't have any delays.

Any changes to cvs on 508/9?

For now, the problem is gone.

Carlos
