I have connected to news.intellij.net with Outlook Express, but there a no newsgroups listed after it attempts to download the list of groups. Is the new server fully configured yet, or should I wait?

The names are self-descriptive, so please post there according to the
names.
The announcement groups are read-only.
We will have both mailing lists synchronized for some time with the
eap.bugs and eap.features newsgroups. However, please notice that
mailman (the mailing list software we use) does not form discussion
threads with the newgroup server for messages posted to the mailing
list. So it's not recommended to post to the mailing lists if possible.
