The Proxy is the same Linux machine that the EchoServer is running on.
So it would be EchoVNC Viewer -> Proxy/echoServer -> EchoVNC Server
There is one thing I should note. The echoServer is running on port 21.
This is because one of the networks I plan to connect from blocks most of
the outgoing ports.
