Yes.  That would be the picture.
The sshd server is on the same Linux PC as the echoServer.

I do not believe they would talk to each other through the loopback. I
believe it would be directed by the internal routing table. The loopback
address is never in the picture.

And the echoServer is listening on port 21 (ftp)
