Mitch,

Looking at all of what you sent, I don't see anything particularly out 
of place.  The problems with Refresh are likely just bugs on my part and 
don't mean much of anything.  At least that would be my guess.  The 
finish thing is likely because there are no selected devices... Again, a 
bug but not the one that is biting you.

Did you try without cygwin?  I have some of the mingw stuff installed, 
but it is not on  my PATH.
