Hello Craig and friends,

Someone else emailed me to say they've been having the same problem.
It appears to go away if they don't install WDK under "Program Files".
Could the space in Program Files be causing the problem? When the
scanner is trying to run the emulator, is there sufficient quoting of
the arguments?

Mitch.

Dear Mitch,

I didn't post my mail to the EclipseME mailing list yet. I will do it.

But, I managed to put my kit running. I made some tests using
Windows and Linux, just in case...

In one of those tests I installed the Sun WTK 2.2 (not the 2.5 Beta).
I tried to install it at C:\Arquivos de Programas\wtk2.2 and the
installation
procedure complained that there were space characters in the path name.
(this complaining doesn't happen when installing 2.5 Beta)
So, I accepted the default and put it at C:\wtk2.2, and every think worked.

Then I tried with the 2.5 Beta (the same framework: Eclipse 3.2,
EclipseME 1.5.5,
Java 1.5) and it worked too. I could get Sun WTK 2.5 devices inside Eclipse.

Just wanted to share this experience...

Best Regards,
