I think your problem may be different to mine.  I had "Program Files"
in the path for the WTK.  When I replaced "Program Files" with
"PROGRA~1" (for example, "D:\PROGRA~1\WTK25"), everything worked for
me.  I think the problem is caused by a space in the directory name.
