I m having the exact problem. been trying for hours and hours.
Is there anyway to debug the plugin?
 
I tried the cases below. All unable to find the Sun WDK devices.
 
1) Windows XP;JRE 1.5 update 9; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.2 (in C:\WTK22)
2) Windows XP;JRE 1.5 update 9; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.3 beta(in C:\WTK23)
3) Windows XP;JRE 1.5 update 9; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.5 beta(in C:\WTK25)
4) Windows XP;JRE 1.6 beta; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.2 (in C:\WTK22)
5) Windows XP;JRE 1.6 beta; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.3 beta(in C:\WTK23)
6) Windows XP;JRE 1.6 beta; Eclipse 3.2; EclipseME 1.5.5; Sun WTK 2.5 beta(in C:\WTK25)

 This is always a possibility.  Looking at the code, it appears that 
 quoting should not be an issue, but spaces in paths are always a 
 potential problem.  Is there any reason you can't install your toolkit 
 into a path without spaces?
