yes, I often wonder why the man can't can't join the woman in the end of so many
movies. This is a prime example.
One other comment, When Disney made Beauty and the Beast, they actually made the
story more feminist (if that's possible). The original fairy tale had the
character of Belle kidnapped and she evetually fell in love with her captor and
tormentor. Thank goodness THAT wasn't in the Disney movie. It reminds me of the
Spanish film "Tie me up! Tie me down!" I was totally disgusted after seeing it,
even though a young Antonio Banderas was in it.
